The chalet can be rented from saturday to saturday.

( Arrival time 4 pm - 7 pm / Departure before 10 am )

Seasonally rates and off-season discounts on request. Minimum stay 2 nights.

 

Electricity and water consumption included.

Deposit for cleaning : 30 euros. The deposit will be refunded upon departure if the chalet is cleaned by you and handed over to us in a clean condition.

The rent deposit of 150 EURO has to be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned to you on departure.

​

The tenant indicates that he has a private liability insurance that covers the risks of a holiday house rental. A copy of the policy can be requested upon reservation or arrival.

Bed linen on request: 5 € per person

Towels : 3 € per person ( 1 bath towel and 1 small towel )

Bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge for a stay of 1 week.

The holiday tax of 0.70 € per person and night ( from 13 years on )  has to be paid on departure in cash.

Methold of payment : cash and bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.

The deposit amount, as well as the cancellation and modification conditions will be communicated to you upon reservation.

​

Please note that each reservation is a contract and is subject to a non-arrival cancellation fee:

​

- one month before arrival 30% of the total amount

- one week before arrival 100% of the total amount

​

The reservation is binding as soon as the deposit of 30% of the rental price has been received by us. Detailed information on the conditions can be found in the rental agreement.
